Neighbor in Need is 100% operated by volunteers. We can’t do it without the help of our friends and neighbors.
Volunteering with Neighbor in Need is impactful & fun!
If you are interested in volunteering please choose your areas of interest and fill out the form below. One of our board members or volunteer leaders will contact you.

General Operations and Fundraising - Identify and manage opportunities to raise funds via events, individual and business donations, proceeds nights, grants, etc. Assist with donor relations, donation acknowledgements and community outreach. This would require a commitment of a few hours per week.

Event Planning - Chair one of our fundraising events, take part in a planning committee, manage our participation in a community event or develop a new event for Neighbor in Need.
NIN Events raise meaningful dollars for critical repairs...and they're FUN!!

Volunteer at Events - Join our volunteer list and sign up to help at various events. Can include staffing a booth at a neighborhood festival, setting up for or cleaning up after an event, working a shift at our Gala or representing Neighbor in Need at a variety of events

Social Media - Work with our Social Media agency and leadership to create content, plan social media campaigns and assist with our quarterly newsletter. This would require a commitment of a few hours per week.

Please note: all of the repairs we provide are performed by licensed and insured home services contractors. We do not use volunteers to complete repairs. If you are a licensed contractor and are interested in working with Neighbor in Need, please contact info@neighborinneed.org.
